Konekt is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to support people facing injury, mental health or psychosocial barriers. You will work with clients to build confidence, develop tailored rehabilitation and employment plans, and help them achieve sustainable participation in work and life.
You’ll deliver one-on-one and group sessions, liaise with employers and healthcare providers, and document progress to ensure positive outcomes. Travel to local Sunshine Coast locations is required.
