Garlo's Pies in Sydney, NSW is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our high-volume food manufacturing facility, overseeing Production and Warehouse. You will set the pace for efficiency, quality and safety, and report to the senior leadership team.

You will develop and mentor teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with food safety and workplace standards while delivering reliable output to 400+ customers and international partners.
