Site Manager – $10M industrial warehouse project located nr Coomera

Excellent established tier 3 QLD focused building contractor

Current project portfolio includes high end residential, low-rise quality units, industrial warehouses and commercial builds (projects from $3M - $30M) throughout Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Salary on offer - $170,000 - $200,000 + super on offer (D.O.E) / company car and fuel card can be incorporated into the salary package

Immediate need for a strong standalone site manager to join an established, reputable Australian tier 3 commercial and industrial building contractor. The first project you will manage will be a $10M industrial warehouse project from start through to handover, located near Coomera on the Northern end of the Gold Coast.

The Position:





Reporting to and working closely with the Project Manager you will play a key role as the lead site manager delivering this industrial project. As its newly awarded, you’ll work on the projects from start trough to hand-over, managing the entire project life cycle including subcontractor management, safety and short term programming. Additional team members assisting with the delivery of the project will include a Contracts Administrator, Leading Hand and site labour. You will be relatively self-sufficient and manage the early works, structure, internal finishes and handover.

To be suitable for the role it is anticipated that you will possess the following;

- Will possess a QBCC Building or Supervisors license
- A solid trade background
- Will have built up strong supervisory skills as a Site Foreman and Manager with established Australian commercial & industrial building contractors.
- Will have a track record of delivering warehouse projects from $5M - $15M in value.
- Experience with tilt panel, structural steel, industrial build experience is highly desirable
- Will have ideally worked for reputable commercial contractors with established systems, processes and software in place such as Procore and Hammertech.
- Possess a 'can-do' positive attitude and be a positive member of the site team

On Offer:

Very good salary package from $170,000-$200,000+Super. Company car and fuel card can be incorporated into the salary package
