The Role: At The Townsville Store pick up travel must-haves, local souvenirs, and in-flight snacks all in one place. The Townsville Store offers a handy selection of convenience items, drinks, magazines, and gift ideas - perfect for a quick shop before boarding.

We're looking for Casual Retail Assistants to join our team at Townsville Airport. If you love customer service, fast-paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine!

Store operates 4:45am-10:00pm

Flexible availability across the 7 days AM/PM highly regarded!

What You'll Do

Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations

Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional training

Keep the store looking vibrant & well-stocked

Process transactions smoothly & efficiently

Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner

What We're Looking For

Passion for customer service & sales

Confident communicator with a positive attitude

Well-groomed & professionally presented

Retail and sales experience is a great plus

Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)





Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
