Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role is based in the Greater Adelaide Area. The specialist will actively generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and engage prospective and existing clients to promote commercial solar and battery solutions. Daily activities include conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with engineering and project teams,



and providing clear product and service information.

The person in this role will also support marketing campaigns, contribute to digital and traditional marketing initiatives, and assist with customer training and education on system benefits and performance. The role involves ongoing customer relationship management, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a positive client experience from initial contact through project delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, explain technical concepts clearly, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to drive lead generation, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue targets.
- Experience delivering Training to customers or internal teams on products, services, or energy solutions.
- Knowledge of solar, battery storage, or electrical services, or a strong interest in the renewable-energy sector.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Adelaide Area, including client visits and coordination with field teams.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in proposals and documentation.
- Comfort using CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and basic office software.
- Relevant qualification in business, marketing, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
