About The Role

We're looking for a customer-focused sales professional to play a key role within our branch team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has built strong sales and relationship management skills on the shop floor and is looking to take the next step into a role that combines customer engagement, account management and branch support.

Working with an established customer base and warm leads, you'll focus on building relationships, re-engaging customers, identifying growth opportunities and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll spend time both supporting customers and maintaining existing accounts, while also assisting with sales administration, reporting and branch initiatives.

This role will have access to a company vehicle for customer visits.

This role is mainly Monday to Friday; however, flexibility to work weekends from time to time is essential to support sales events and operational needs.

What You'll Be Doing

- Re-engage key customers and identify opportunities to grow account activity.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular contact and follow-up.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and provide tailored solutions and support.
- Support customer retention and engagement initiatives across the branch.
- Manage customer activity, account information and sales administration.
- Maintain accurate records, reporting and customer data.
- Collaborate closely with branch and leadership teams to support business objectives.
- Provide customer service and sales support within the branch as required.
- Contribute to the achievement of branch and location performance targets.
- Support operational coverage through a rotating roster, including occasional weekend work.

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Experience in customer service, account management, internal sales,



retail leadership or relationship-focused roles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A customer-first approach and genuine passion for helping customers succeed.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confidence working with customer data, reporting and business systems.
- The ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute as part of the store leadership team.
- Experience within trade, industrial, retail or customer-facing environments will be highly regarded.
