Mindset Intervention Pty Ltd is recruiting a Disability and Mental Health Support Worker for a casual role in Brisbane, with potential to move to full time. You will provide community-based and in-home support aligned with NDIS goals, including personal care, domestic tasks, budgeting and transport to activities.

With a rate of $38–$46 per hour, successful candidates will have a current Australian Driver Licence, a valid First Aid/CPR, NDIS checks and a Certificate III in Disability or Mental
