Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Enterprise Observability, Monitoring, SRE and Cloud Infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining observability architecture, developing target-state strategies, establishing technical standards and driving consistent monitoring practices across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design and define enterprise-wide observability architecture and strategies.

Develop current-state and target-state architecture, roadmaps and technical standards.

Establish observability patterns across applications, infrastructure, cloud and platform environments.

Drive implementation of metrics, logs, traces, alerting and monitoring capabilities.

Provide architectural guidance on tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace and OpenTelemetry.

Define SLI, SLO and SLA frameworks to improve system reliability and performance.

Collaborate with application, infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, security and enterprise architecture teams.

Assess existing monitoring solutions and identify opportunities for simplification and consolidation.

Drive cloud-native observability practices across AWS, Azure, Kubernetes and hybrid environments.

Ensure observability solutions align with enterprise security, governance and compliance standards.





Provide technical leadership and architectural recommendations to engineering teams.

Mandatory Skills

10+ years of experience in IT, Infrastructure, Monitoring, SRE or Solution Architecture.

Strong experience in Enterprise Observability Architecture.

Hands-on architectural knowledge of Splunk, Dynatrace and OpenTelemetry.

Strong understanding of logs, metrics, traces and telemetry pipelines.

Experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructure architecture.

Knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, networking and cloud platforms.

Solid understanding of SRE practices, SLI, SLO and SLA.

Experience developing architecture strategies, standards and target-state designs.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Good to Have

Experience with observability platform migration and tool consolidation.

Knowledge of AIOps and AI-driven monitoring.

Experience with cloud-native and platform engineering.

Understanding of observability governance and maturity models.

Experience with monitoring cost optimisation and licensing management.

Knowledge of event management and incident management frameworks.
