- Strong experience designing enterprise-scale observability and monitoring architectures.
- Architectural knowledge of Splunk, Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of cloud, hybrid infrastructure, Kubernetes and enterprise platforms.
- Experience with logs, metrics, traces, alerting and SRE practices.
- Ability to define current and target-state architectures, standards and technology roadmaps.
- Experience driving enterprise observability strategy, tool rationalisation and technology simplification.
- Work closely with infrastructure, application, SRE, security and architecture teams.
- Robust stakeholder engagement and technical architecture skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with OpenTelemetry pipelines and cloud-native observability.
- Knowledge of AIOps, event management and AI-assisted operations.
- Experience with observability governance, licensing and cost optimisation.
