Role Description The Sales Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in North Wollo, responsible for overseeing sales activities and guiding a team to achieve revenue and customer acquisition targets. The role includes planning and monitoring daily sales operations, assigning tasks, and supporting team members in meeting performance goals. The Sales Supervisor will engage directly with customers to ensure high-quality service, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and retention. This position also involves analyzing sales data, preparing reports,



and providing training and coaching to the sales team to enhance skills and productivity. Collaboration with other departments to implement sales strategies and contribute to regional growth is an important part of the role. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track performance, and support data-driven decisions.
• Candidates should possess effective Team Management and Training skills to lead, motivate, and develop sales staff.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build relationships, address concerns, and represent the company professionally.
• Experience in sales supervision or a related role in telecommunications or consumer services is beneficial.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in North Wollo and adapt to a dynamic, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with sales reporting tools is an advantage.
