The primary purpose of this role is to oversee the daily operation of warehouse including incoming, put away, pick/pack, supervising staff, delivery planning/arrangement, documentation and ensuring a safe and efficient workflow.
Key Accountabilities
- Leading warehouse assistants in daily operations.
- Ensure proper storage of goods and maintain positive housekeeping.
- Oversee the tinting & chromascan operations.
- Planning & arrangement of local deliveries, export & transfer between warehouses.
- Perform cycle count & investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Support warehouse tasks including SAP system transactions.
- Coordinate and collaborate within the team and with other departments.
- Primary contact for operation related matters.
- Any other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Key Activities
Respond to order management and warehouse team to any changes related to all deliveries and warehouse operations
Experience
Educational/Professional Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in warehouse operations
Skills, Knowledge & Personal characteristics:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, WMS/SAP experience is an added advantage.
- Must be willing to work overtime if required.
- Possess a forklift license & able to operate reach truck/stacker.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Education
Educational/Professional Qualifications and Experience:
