A general dental practice in North Perth is looking for a Dentist to join a small, close-knit team built around a genuinely broad clinical scope, spanning clear aligner and full fix orthodontics, implants and cosmetic dentistry alongside everyday general care.

The practice owner currently works five days and is stepping back to three or three and a half, while the existing associate dentist works three days a week. That's created a genuine opening for someone to start at 2 to 3 days and build up over time. There's a third treatment room already available, so there's no pressure to fill every day immediately, and no expectation of walking straight into a completely booked column.

The practice is genuinely selective about who joins. They've been caught out before by someone who didn't stay the distance, so they're looking for a clinician who is in it for the long run, not just testing the waters.

You are a genuine team player with an excellent work ethic, humble, loyal, caring and respectful in how you treat patients and colleagues, matched with real clinical skill and experience. There's no room for ego here,



the practice wants someone happy to pitch in wherever needed when things get busy.

General dentistry experience across restorative and everyday care is required. Experience with clear aligners or implants is well regarded given the practice's direction, though not essential. Semi retired clinicians comfortable focusing on general and preventive care are also genuinely welcome, as are postgraduate dentists building specialty experience who want a couple of days a week.
