Immediate Start: Compliance Engineer – FIFO from Perth ✈️
We're looking for a skilled S26 Supervisor with Underground and Surface Operations experience to join a dynamic site team on an initial 6 month FIFO contract.

About the role

As the S26 Site Supervisor, you will lead safe, efficient and compliant underground materials handling, transport and service operations at an assigned Western Australian underground mine site. Reporting to the Project Manager / Operations Manager, you will lead the S26 crew, support production targets and maintain high standards of safety, equipment care and client communication.

Key responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day supervision and leadership of the S26 underground crew, including Truck Operators, Integrated Tool Carrier Operators, Service Crew Operators and Leading Hand.

- Plan, allocate and monitor underground transport, materials delivery and service tasks in accordance with the mine plan and client requirements.

- Ensure all activities comply with Western Australian Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations, site procedures and Capital PFS standards.

- Conduct pre-start meetings, toolbox talks, risk assessments and incident investigations.

- Monitor equipment utilisation, condition and maintenance requirements, coordinating with maintenance providers as required.

- Maintain accurate shift reports, production records and communication with the client site team.





- Promote a strong safety culture and exercise stop-work authority where unsafe conditions are identified.

- Support the training, competency assessment and development of crew members.

- Liaise with mine supervisors regarding access, traffic management and priority tasks.

What we're looking for

- Minimum five years' underground mining experience, including at least two years in a supervisory or leading hand capacity.

- Current Western Australian underground truck and/or IT carrier competencies, or equivalent recognised tickets.

- Demonstrated experience supervising underground materials handling or logistics crews.

- Strong knowledge of Western Australian mine safety legislation and risk management practices.

- Current Senior First Aid certificate and the ability to respond to emergencies.

- Valid driver's licence and the ability to pass mine site medical and drug and alcohol screening.

- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

- Previous experience on Goldmining or similar large-scale underground operations is desirable.

- Certificate IV in Frontline Management or an equivalent qualification is desirable.

- Willingness to complete site-specific induction, medical clearance, drug and alcohol screening and ongoing competency assessment.
