An owner-run family practice in Adelaide’s western suburbs is welcoming an experienced Associate Dentist for a part-time role with room to grow.

This is a small, close team: one principal dentist, an on-site hygienist and a pool of dental assistants who each work a few days a week. The surgery was designed around clinician comfort, and the practice has a patient-first, family-focused approach with a broad general scope covering restorative, endodontics, aligners and implant dentistry, rather than a heavy cosmetic focus.

You will have genuine autonomy over your own clinical decisions and diary. As the practice builds, so does your scope for additional days and a larger patient base, and you will have the chance to grow alongside the clinic rather than fit into a fixed corporate structure.

About You
You are an experienced Associate Dentist who is comfortable working independently from your first day. This is the practice’s first associate role, so the owner needs someone who manages their own clinical work and does not need onboarding or close supervision.

You hold current AHPRA registration and Australian working rights, with solid general dentistry experience. Experience in endodontics, aligners or implants would be viewed favourably but is not essential.

Just as important is fit. You value a calm, family-focused approach to dentistry over high-volume or aggressive cosmetic work, and you will enjoy being part of a small team where everyone knows each other.
