The Grove Dental Rouse Hill
Rouse Hill
Lead the Team. Drive Performance. Shape the Future.
The Grove Dental is entering its next stage of growth.
We are looking for an exceptional Practice Manager who is ready to take ownership of leadership, performance, operations, and team accountability within a high-quality dental practice.
This is not an administration role.
This is not a coordinator role.
This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, driving standards, improving performance, and building a high-performing team.
If you are someone who sees opportunities where others see problems, enjoys making decisions, and thrives on creating results, we want to speak with you.
About The Grove Dental
At The Grove Dental, we transform the way patients feel about going to the dentist.
We have established ourselves as a highly regarded family, cosmetic and reconstructive dental practice known for delivering exceptional patient care and outstanding treatment experiences.
For two consecutive years we were named National Winner in the Australian Achiever Awards for customer service, and in early 2025 we completed an extensive expansion that created a premium environment to elevate every stage of the patient journey.
We are now looking for the Practice Manager who will run the business day to day and lead it into its next stage of growth.
You can learn more about us at thegrovedental.com.au and on Instagram at @thegrovedental.

Working closely with the practice owners, you will become the operational leader of the business.
You will lead the team, improve systems, drive accountability, and ensure the practice continues to grow while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
You will have the authority, autonomy, and support to make meaningful improvements and lead positive change.

Who You Are
You are a strong leader who naturally takes ownership.
You are comfortable making decisions, having difficult conversations, keeping calm and maintaining the respect of the team.
You set high standards for yourself and hold others to them, fairly and consistently.
You enjoy solving problems, creating structure, and helping teams perform at a higher level.
You do not wait for someone else to fix things.
You lead through clarity rather than charisma. People know where they stand with you, what positive looks like, and that you will follow through.
You’ll Bring
- At least five years' management experience leading teams and budgets
- Strong financial literacy and comfort with data, dashboards and new technology
- A track record of improving results that you can describe in numbers.
- Excellent communication and people leadership ability
- Experience recruiting, coaching and managing performance
- Strong organisational skills and experience improving systems and processes

- A growth mindset and desire to continuously improve
- A degree or diploma in business, management, human resources or health administration, or equivalent experience.
Highly Regarded
- HR and recruitment experience

- Rostering and workforce planning
- Experience leading change and business improvement initiatives
- Dental industry experience
What You’ll Gain
- Competitive Base Salary + Performance Incentives. Take ownership of a growing, high-performing dental practice where your leadership, decisions and execution directly influence patient experience, team performance and practice growth. Your success will be recognised and rewarded.
- No weekend work
- A beautiful, purpose-built workplace and a team that cares deeply about doing things properly
- Strong systems and operational foundations already in place
- Genuine leadership autonomy
- Professional development and a long-term career with a growing practice
- The opportunity to help build one of the leading award-winning dental practices in Sydney
