The Role

Within the structural team, this business works predominantly on data centres, alongside commercial, retail and other building projects.

With a strong workload in the Melbourne office, they're looking for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to run projects, support the team and play a key part in its continued growth.

The Responsibilities

- Run your own projects from concept through to construction.
- Lead structural design and documentation on data centres, commercial and retail projects.
- Mentor and support junior engineers within the team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects and the wider project team.

The Requirements

This role suits an experienced Senior Structural Engineer who's ready to take ownership of their projects and their career. In return, you'll be able to demonstrate:





- Experience as a Senior Structural Engineer within an Australian engineering design consultancy
- Experience leading the structural design and documentation of building projects; with data centre experience being very highly regarded
- Confidence liaising with clients and guiding junior engineers
- Full working rights in Australia
