We are seeking a passionate and committed Primary Teacher to join us in a full-time, permanent role commencing 1 January 2027.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Teach across Primary years, delivering engaging and differentiated learning aligned with the WA Curriculum.
- Plan, develop, review, and assess high-quality learning programs to support student growth.
- Monitor, record, and report on student progress, achievement, and wellbeing.
- Foster positive, productive classrooms through effective behaviour management and pastoral care.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support student success.
- Contribute actively to the co-curricular, House, spiritual, and community life of the College.

Essential Selection Criteria:

- Demonstrate a committed Christian faith by actively supporting the College’s Christian life and aligning with the Association’s Statement of Faith, Christian Lifestyle Statement, and educational objectives.
- Relevant teaching qualifications and alignment with AITSL Professional Standards.
- Ability to create engaging, supportive, and well-managed learning environments.
- Strong communication, organisation, and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to holistic student development and diverse learning needs.




- Holds a current Working with Children Check and valid TRBWA registration, or willingness to apply for one.

Desirable Selection Criteria:
(Include where appropriate in your response)

- Experience in teaching within a Primary setting.
- Experience integrating inquiry-based learning to deepen student engagement and understanding.
- The ability to confidently express one’s Christian faith and values in public settings, including assemblies and school-wide events.
