We are looking for skilled and motivated Cabinet Makers and Joinery Installers to join our growing team. We have opportunities available for both workshop-based manufacturing and on-site installation across Melbourne.

Whether you're an experienced tradesperson or a recently qualified cabinet maker looking to develop your skills, we want to hear from you. You'll be involved in producing and installing quality custom joinery for a diverse range of residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manufacture custom cabinetry and architectural joinery in accordance with project drawings, specifications and quality requirements.

- Cut, machine, assemble and finish cabinetry components using a range of woodworking tools and machinery.

- Produce bespoke joinery elements, including cabinetry, doors, drawers, panels and other custom features.

- Select suitable materials, finishes and hardware to achieve the required design and functionality.

- Carry out installations on-site, ensuring all joinery is accurately positioned, levelled, secured and finished to a high standard.

- Complete site adjustments and modifications where required to achieve a precise fit.

- Interpret technical drawings, shop drawings and installation plans.

- Conduct inspections throughout the manufacturing and installation process to maintain quality and workmanship.

- Maintain a clean, organised and secure working environment.

- Work collaboratively with the production team, project staff, builders and other trades to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.

- Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain tools and equipment in good condition.

Skills & Experience

- Industry experience and/or certificate in cabinet making.





- Experience in cabinet making, joinery manufacturing and/or installation.

- A strong understanding of woodworking processes, materials, hardware and finishes.

- Competency using hand tools, power tools and woodworking machinery.

- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.

- A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.

- A practical approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

- A commitment to workplace safety and maintaining professional standards.

Apprentices and recently qualified tradespeople are encouraged to apply. We are happy to consider candidates who are currently undertaking their cabinet making studies and are keen to gain practical experience.
