About the role

Lead projects from planning through successful completion, aligning stakeholders, coordinating resources, managing risks, and maintaining focus on organisational objectives. This role is central to delivering high-quality outcomes through effective project leadership, collaboration, and clear communication.

Key responsibilities

Project Management:

- Lead project planning, coordination, delivery, and close-out activities.

- Engage stakeholders and maintain clear, timely communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- Coordinate internal and external resources to support successful project delivery.

- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and competing priorities.

- Foster collaboration across project teams and promote shared accountability for outcomes.

- Track progress against objectives, milestones, scope, and timelines, taking corrective action where required.

- Maintain focus on organisational objectives and deliver outcomes aligned with strategic priorities.

- Gather and understand client business requirements and suggest best practice solutions for StayinFront software to address the business needs.

Business Analysis:

- Identify and maintain continuity and functional consistency between configuration, data imports/exports and reporting aspects of a customer software solution.

- Control project scope and eliminate software gaps.





- Ability to write user requirements and functional specifications for enhancements.

- Software testing and review to ensure addresses business problem/adheres to original requirements.

- Evaluate logged deviations, assess priority and route for resolution.

- Train Quality Assurance and Support teams on new functionality.

- Capture, document and escalate feature requests and selling opportunities identified during client conversations.

- Participate in Test Plan creation and test script review.

What we're looking for

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field

- Demonstrated experience leading projects from planning through to successful completion.

- Knowledge of CRM principles, general business concepts and the use of technology

- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

- Proven ability to coordinate resources, manage risks, and resolve delivery challenges.

- A collaborative leadership style and the ability to build effective working relationships.

- Robust organisational, planning, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication – written and verbal

- Ability to maintain focus on objectives while managing multiple project requirements.
