The Opportunity
Reporting to an experienced and supportive Sales Manager, you will manage Melbourne’s North Eastern suburbs, developing established clinic relationships and bringing new customers into the business.
You’ll work with customers to understand their priorities, identify opportunities within their clinics and build practical account plans that translate into sales growth. Alongside account development, you’ll actively prospect, secure meetings and convert new business.
What you’ll be doing
- Take ownership of territory performance, planning and sales targets
- Grow existing accounts through stronger relationships and broader portfolio uptake
- Identify, approach and convert prospective clinic customers
- Understand customer needs and present commercially relevant solutions
- Coordinate product education, demonstrations and training with the wider team
- Represent the business at workshops, educational meetings and industry events
- Maintain accurate forecasts and follow through on customer commitments
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for evidence of sales success, a proactive approach to business development and the confidence to hold credible commercial conversations with clinic owners and healthcare professionals.
You will ideally bring:
- Successful sales experience in aesthetic injectables and/or capital or energy-based devices
- A track record of achieving targets and winning new accounts
- Strong account management skills, including growing business within existing customers
- The ability to uncover needs, handle objections and secure commitment
- Disciplined territory planning and consistent follow-through
- A cooperative approach and willingness to learn
Professional skincare sales or cosmetic nursing experience may also be considered where supported by clear responsibility for sales targets and demonstrated business development results.
