The Role:
- Assist with managing new tenancies, including open homes and ingoing condition reports.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance, liaising with tenants, owners and contractors.
- Respond to tenant enquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Property Manager and wider team.
About You:
- Immaculate presentation and a professional, friendly manner.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Confident communication and a great phone manner.
- A team player who can also work autonomously.
- Proactive, tech-savvy and eager to learn.
- A genuine passion for customer service and real estate.
The Benefits:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday.
- Rotating Saturday roster, with a Monday RDO when working a Saturday.

Requirements:
- Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
- Current driver's licence.
- Flexibility to work rotating Saturdays.
