Elizabeth Andrews Catering is looking for experienced Casual Prep Cooks to join our high-volume production team during our busy peak trading season. It's a outstanding fit if you're looking for extra hours over November and December, and there's the potential for ongoing work after the season for the right people.

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
Duration: November – December, with the potential for ongoing employment

What you'll be doing

Bulk cooking meats for our corporate catering menu

Preparing high-volume sandwich fillings, such as chicken and egg mixes

Preparing buffet and event menu items as part of a large team

Preparing and presenting cheese and fruit for our platters

Keeping every prepped item consistent and high quality





Following food safety and hygiene standards

Helping with general kitchen duties as needed

What we're looking for

Experience in high-volume food production, such as catering, large-scale kitchens or food manufacturing

Strong knife skills and solid food preparation techniques

The ability to work efficiently and independently in a busy kitchen

Great attention to detail and a strong focus on food safety

A reliable, team-focused attitude

Extra hours during our busiest time of year
