The Position:
A full-time, Monday to Friday position has become available for a Senior Property Manager to be based at one of this Developer's most iconic buildings. You will be responsible for looking after a portfolio of approx. 150 apartments, accompanied by some light Building Management responsibilities. The role is diverse and interesting, and you will have the benefit of a outstanding existing framework of streamlined policies and procedures to follow, ensuring a smooth handover and a positive experience from the get go.

The ideal Candidate:
- 2-3 Years experience in end-to-end portfolio Property Management and ideally Building Management
- Must have a QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Polished presentation, excellent communications skills, the ability to multi-task with efficiency
