The Cambrian Hotel in Maryborough, Victoria is seeking a qualified Chef to join our qualified kitchen team on a full-time basis. You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef, supervise junior staff and contribute to menu development while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

Responsibilities include planning daily food preparation, controlling food costs and ensuring timely, efficient service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
