Salary: $100,000 - $125,000
Mechanical Engineer
Employment Responsibilities
- Establishing standards and policies for installation, modification, quality control, testing, inspection and maintenance according to engineering principles and safety regulations
- Establishing work measurement programs and analysing work samples to develop standards for labour utilisation
- Designing mechanical equipment, machines, components, products for manufacture,
and plant and systems for construction
- Organising and managing project labour and the delivery of materials, plant and equipment
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs safely and efficiently
- Follow all workplace health and safety and isolation procedures
- Carry out installation, maintenance and repair work to specification
Skills, experience and qualifications: A bachelor degree or higher qualification and at least one (1) years of relevant work experience.
Licences: Registration or licensing may be required for this occupation.
