Robert Half is currently seeking experienced Payroll Officers for a range of temporary, temporary to permanent and contract opportunities across Perth.

The Role

- End-to-end payroll processing on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis
- Managing payroll for both salaried and award-based employees
- Processing timesheets, leave entitlements, superannuation and payroll adjustments
- Ensuring compliance with relevant awards, EBAs and payroll legislation
- Responding to payroll queries from employees and internal stakeholders
- Payroll reconciliations, reporting and general administration
- Supporting payroll system improvements and process efficiencies

About You

- Previous experience in a Payroll Officer or similar position
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, awards and superannuation
- Experience using payroll systems such as Chris21, ADP, Employment Hero, SAP, MYOB or similar
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach




- Availability to commence immediately or at short notice
