About The Role:

As our Digital Marketing Executive, you'll help deliver exceptional customer experiences through engaging and effective digital communications.

You will be responsible for:

- Planning, building and deploying targeted email and SMS campaigns

- Delivering promotions, events and business communications to the right audience at the right time

- Ensuring all communications are accurate, engaging and aligned with our brand standards

- Coordinating campaign schedules to meet key business objectives and deadlines

- Supporting the promotion of events, offers and customer initiatives across digital platforms

- Ensuring a seamless and consistent customer experience across all owned channels





- Monitoring campaign performance and key engagement metrics

- Identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement, reach and conversion

- Using insights and data to optimise communications and channel performance

What do you need to be considered?

- Previous experience in a digital marketing, communications or CRM-focused role

- Experience delivering email marketing campaigns and customer communications

- Strong copywriting and content creation skills

- Experience managing website content and digital platforms

- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data

- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills

- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- A customer-first mindset and genuine passion for digital engagement

- Experience with CRM, marketing automation platforms, website CMS platforms and digital analytics tools will be highly regarded.

- Must be able to work on-site; hybrid or remote working arrangements are not available.
