About the opportunity Ever wondered what happens when a product won’t scan, a store can’t place an order, or pricing doesn’t flow through correctly? That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a Retail Systems Support Analyst to join our Merchandise team at Total Tools. You’ll help maintain and validate product, supplier and pricing data, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve challenges across ordering, pricing and EDI. You’ll work closely with stores, suppliers and internal teams, using tools like SQL and Excel VBA to investigate data and issues, improve processes and keep our retail systems and data running smoothly. What you'll be doing
•
- Maintain and validate product, supplier and pricing data in Pronto ERP
•
- Investigate issues affecting ordering, POS scanning, pricing and EDI transcations
•
- Use SQL and Excel to analyse data, identify erros and troubleshoot issues
•
- Support EDI implementation, testing, supplier onboarding and troubleshooting
•
- Use Excel automation, including VBA/Macros, to improve reporting and processes
•
- Work with stores, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues and improve data integrity You're Likely a Match If You Have
•
- Experience supporting ERP, business systems or master data.
•
- Working knowledge of SQL, with experience querying and validating data.
•
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
•
- Exposure to EDI, system integrations or electronic ordering processes.
•




- A practical approach to troubleshooting data and system issues and identifying root causes.
•
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•
- Exposure to VBA/macros or other Excel automation tools would be beneficial.
•
- Experience with Pronto or retail systems would be beneficial, but isn’t essential.
