What will your typical day look like? In this role, you'll architect and design UKG Pro WFM solutions as part of large-scale implementation programs. That includes facilitating client workshops, translating complex workforce requirements into practical solution design, and advising on configuration across areas like timekeeping, scheduling, forecasting, analytics, reporting and integrations. Your work will help organisations improve how they manage, schedule and support their people across sectors like health, retail, supply chain, hospitality and the public sector. You'll balance product capability, user experience and integration considerations to deliver solutions that are practical, scalable and aligned to each client's broader technology landscape. Alongside project delivery, you'll contribute to a highly skilled consulting team by sharing your expertise, supporting the development of others, and staying current on product releases and certifications. The variety comes from solving different workforce challenges, working closely with clients, and helping shape better outcomes across complex transformation programs. About the team Deloitte's UKG practice is the largest in Australia and continues to grow rapidly within our Human Capital business. With more than 90 UKG specialists nationally, this team brings together functional consultants,



developers and transformation specialists to deliver workforce technology solutions that help organisations operate more effectively. about us
, let's talk about you You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:
• Proven experience as a Senior Consultant or client-side practitioner working with UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM)
• Experience interpreting, formalising and communicating business requirements in a functional consultant or business analyst capacity
• Specialist knowledge in one or more UKG Pro WFM functional areas such as time and attendance, optimised rostering, forecasting or activities
• Robust consulting and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams
• Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially when working through complex workforce requirements
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple project deliverables
• A detail-oriented approach that supports high-quality, accurate solution delivery
