About Our Role International Operations | Chifley Park, Mentone VIC | Global FMCG Supply Chain We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Export Specialist to join our International Operations team. This is a hands-on role responsible for managing export operations across our international supply chain network, ensuring our products move efficiently, compliantly and on time to customers around the world. Working closely with manufacturing sites, warehouses, freight providers, government authorities and international customers, you will play a key role in maintaining excellent service levels and supply chain performance. A key focus of the role is managing FCL (Full Container Load) export shipments across multiple international markets. You will take ownership of export process from order receipt through to final delivery, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational challenges, drive continuous improvement and deliver outstanding customer outcomes. Alongside export operations, you will contribute to inventory deployment activities, process improvement initiatives and future systems transformation projects. What You Will Do
• Manage end-to-end export operations across our Oceania network
• Coordinate FCL export shipments across international markets
• Arrange and manage export bookings, documentation, certifications and permit requirements
• Ensure export activities comply with regulatory, customer and internal requirements
• Build strong relationships with customers, customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines and internal stakeholders




• Monitor shipment performance and proactively resolve operational issues
• Support inventory deployment and replenishment activities across the network
• Analyse and monitor operational and financial performance metrics
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service and cost performance About You Must Have
• Proven experience managing export operations within an FMCG, food manufacturing, consumer goods or similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands-on experience managing FCL (Full Container Load) export shipments across international markets
• Strong understanding of export documentation, compliance requirements and international shipping processes
• Experience working with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers and international customers
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, solid attention to detail and a commitment to delivering results Nice to Have
• Experience supporting inventory deployment, replenishment planning or broader supply chain activities
• SAP, JDE or other ERP system experience
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Reporting, KPI management or data analysis experience
• Continuous improvement or process optimisation experience
