As Rauland continues to grow across Australia and New Zealand, we’re investing in the next stage of our product roadmap and commercial growth. We’re looking for a technically capable, commercially minded Product Manager to lead a portfolio that is critical to the healthcare ecosystem. This is an opportunity to turn complex technology and customer needs into reliable, scalable solutions that deliver measurable customer value and sustainable commercial returns. The Opportunity: You’ll own the product direction, roadmap and lifecycle of the portfolio, working closely with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Sales and delivery teams to connect customer problems, technical possibilities and commercial priorities. You’ll bring the technical depth to understand how applications, devices, services and integration platforms work together—and the commercial judgement to decide where to invest, what to prioritise and when to say no. What You’ll Be Doing
• Own the portfolio strategy, roadmap and lifecycle, leading discovery with customers, clinical users and technical teams to turn workflow problems into clear requirements, integration use cases and measurable acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Engineering and architecture teams to evaluate solution options, dependencies and trade-offs across applications, APIs, event-driven services, connected devices and deployment environments.
• Build investment cases and prioritise initiatives using customer demand, revenue potential, margin, development effort, delivery risk and total cost of ownership. Make deliberate build, buy or partner recommendations.




• Partner with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success on positioning, pricing, packaging, launch readiness and adoption, ensuring commercial promises reflect validated product capabilities. About You You move confidently between customer workflows, technical design and commercial investment decisions. You understand solutions end to end, ask informed questions, constructively challenge assumptions and turn complexity into clear prioritiest. You’ll bring:
• Proven product management experience across discovery, development, launch and lifecycle management of technically complex software, connected products or integration-led platforms.
• Practical understanding of networking, on-premises and hosted deployments, authentication, security and availability, and how these affect feasibility, customer experience and cost.
• Familiarity with location, messaging, workflow automation, IoT or comparable real-time systems.
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements and acceptance criteria and assess dependencies and delivery options with Engineering.
• Strong commercial judgement in business cases, pricing, licensing, packaging and investment prioritisation,



with a track record of measurable commercial outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, aligning business and technology teams and clearly explaining technical and commercial trade-offs. Experience in healthcare or other regulated and mission-critical environments would be an advantage. A background in software engineering, systems integration or solution architecture would also be highly valuable, alongside demonstrated product and commercial capability.
