Summary Aquinas College is seeking an experienced, relational and highly skilled educator to join our team as a Behaviour Support Room Teacher. The successful applicant will support students to regulate, reflect on their behaviour, take responsibility for their choices and develop practical strategies for successfully returning to learning. Working collaboratively with College Leadership, classroom teachers, Pastoral and Curriculum Leaders, Inclusive Education staff and Guidance Counsellors, the role will also contribute to refining the College's behaviour-support processes and strengthening their alignment with a Multi-Tiered System of Support.
