About the Role
As the Clinical Care Coordinator, you will work closely with the Facility Manager to lead the clinical team and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will provide clinical leadership, mentor nursing staff, and support compliance with accreditation standards while promoting best practice across the home.
