UnitingCare Queensland FaDS is seeking a Supported Living Facilitator to support people in daily living, focusing on choice and quality of life in Warana and Palmview. You will work with individuals, families and informal networks to help achieve hopes and aspirations. This casual role offers flexible hours, on-the-job development and a solid focus on safety, respect and dignity. You’ll contribute to individual plans, promote autonomy and maintain confidentiality.
