Our Managing Director, Abigail Jones, is a gun at closing deals—but needs a right hand to build the pipeline, follow up warm leads, and keep our systems humming. This role is ideal for a backpacker or working holiday visa holder with sales or customer service experience who wants a stable, flexible gig that could grow into something more. The Role: We're hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our next phase of growth. Your job? Be the friendly first point of contact for potential clients, keep our leads moving, and support the MD with running the business. Your daily to-do list:
- Follow up warm leads (we’ve got plenty)
- Book sales calls with Abigail or our BDM
- Nurture leads via phone, email, and CRM
- Keep our Monday.com boards and CRM (Go High Level)

- Do some light email marketing (no spam, promise)
- Help with admin as needed (you’re the glue) What We’re Looking For This isn’t your first rodeo—we’re looking for someone who knows how to sell, listen, and build trust. You should have:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience in sales or customer service
- A friendly phone manner and confidence in making outbound calls
- Experience using CRM tools (Go High Level = gold star)
- Experience with Monday.com is a bonus, but we’ll train the right person
