Due to a heavy work-load and several recently secured additional projects from repeat business clients including in the retail, fast food and industrial space,



this building contractor seeks to hire a construction Project Manager with previous, demonstrable success with mid-tier construction, fit-out and refurbishment contractors in Australia Your duties will include:
- Contract letting and procurement
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Working on a Design and Construct (D&C;) project
- Preparing Scope of Works
- RFI’s
- Assess progress claims and subcontract payments
- Preparing and submitting variations to the client Qualifications and

experience:
- Will have approx. 1-2 years experience as a Contracts Administrator
- Ideally have a construction related tertiary qualification, ideally in Construction Management or Engineering
- Must have worked for reputable Australian building contractors in the mid-tier building contracting space
- Experience working on retail and industrial construction projects would be highly desirable.
- Will have worked with construction software in-keeping with the mid-tier commercial and industrial construction space.
- Experience with construction software and systems such as CHEOPS, Jobpac, MS Projects, Hammertech and/or Procore would be hugely beneficial.
