- Permanent part time position, 24 hours per week /n /n As a Beauty Advisor, you’ll provide personalised consultations across skincare, makeup, and fragrance, delivering exceptional service that reflects the elegance and innovation of the Lancôme brand. With a passion for beauty and building client relationships, you’ll help customers feel confident, radiant, and empowered. /n

About the role

- Deliver exceptional, personalised beauty consultations across skincare, makeup, and fragrance /n
- Build strong client relationships through expert advice, follow-up, and ongoing skincare support /n
- Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall counter success /n
- Maintain deep product knowledge and stay up to date with new launches and brand education /n
- Provide tailored skincare recommendations based on client concerns and needs /n
- Ensure the counter is clean, organised, and merchandised to reflect Lancôme’s luxury standards /n
- Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory accuracy /n
- Support in-store events, promotions, and brand activations to enhance customer engagement /n
- Uphold Lancôme’s brand values of elegance, innovation, and empowerment in every interaction /n
