Hervey Bay Hospital is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager to lead the Oncology Day Unit and nursing team, ensuring protected, high-quality cancer care and staff development. The NUM will provide clinical and operational leadership across nursing, administration and allied health while managing resources to deliver cost-effective services in line with best practice.
