Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day financial transactions and data entry in Xero Process invoices, receipts, and payments Reconcile bank statements and accounts Prepare BAS, payroll, and superannuation contributions Maintain accurate and organised financial records Assist with month-end and year-end reporting
Requirements:
Proven bookkeeping experience, preferably in construction Strong knowledge of Xero Understanding of Australian accounting practices, GST, and BAS Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
