- $170k–$190k + Super, depending on experience /n

- A business that values its people and recognises good performance /n The Role:/n /n As Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from planning through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and your internal project team./n /n /n Your responsibilities will include:/n /n /n
- Managing project planning, programming, scheduling, budgets and cost control. /n
- Leading the delivery of fitout and refurbishment projects from commencement through to handover. /n
- Preparing and managing construction programs.

- Providing strong technical and commercial input throughout the project lifecycle. /n
- Managing client relationships and ensuring expectations are consistently met. /n
- Leading and coordinating site teams, subcontractors and consultants. /n
- Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and project delivery. /n About You/n /n We're looking for someone who combines strong project delivery experience with a cooperative approach and a genuine interest in being part of a good team./n /n /n To be considered, you'll ideally have:/n /n /n
- Proven experience managing projects for a head contractor, ideally valued between $3m–$30m. /n
- Previous experience delivering commercial fitout and refurbishment projects. /n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction or a related discipline. /n
- Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills. /n
- The ability to build and maintain solid client and stakeholder relationships. /n
- Experience using commercial construction software. /n
- Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills. /n
- A background in Contract Administration would be highly regarded, particularly for someone who has developed solid commercial foundations and is looking to step into, or further develop within, a Project Management role. /n Interested?
