dnata catering is seeking a General Manager, Inflight Retail to lead our Jetstar partnership across Asia Pacific. This senior role combines commercial ownership with operational delivery, spanning strategy, pricing, merchandising and digital offers. Based in Brisbane, Gold Coast or Melbourne, you will drive revenue, governance and service excellence while building trusted relationships with Jetstar and internal teams to deliver customer‑centred inflight retail.
