We Are Accenture Security helps organizations prepare, protect, detect, respond, and recover along with all points of the security lifecycle. Cybersecurity challenges are different for every business in every industry. Leveraging our global resources and advanced technologies, we create integrated, turnkey solutions tailored to our client's needs across their entire value chain. Whether we’re defending against known cyberattacks, detecting and responding to the unknown, or running an entire security operations center, we will help companies build cyber resilience to grow with confidence. Our team of the security sector’s brightest people uses the coolest tech to out-hack the hackers and help clients build resilience from within. You have the experience to assess a client’s identity governance maturity, anticipate business and compliance requirements, and design right‑sized solutions based on industry‑leading practices. You translate complex identity concepts into clear business outcomes for senior stakeholders, build trusted client relationships, and are passionate about developing and mentoring the consultants and engineers on your team.

The Work

Direct the installation, integration, configuration, and deployment of IGA solutions for User Life‑Cycle Management, Identity and Access Governance, Automated Provisioning, Access Certifications, Role Management, and Separation of Duties

Define application onboarding strategy and oversee connector integrations at scale across directories, databases, ITSM platforms, and cloud and SaaS applications

Provide technical oversight of rules development, workflow customizations, and plugin development, including design and code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability

Own the test strategy and lead system integration testing, user acceptance testing,

and production go‑live and cutover activities

Lead, mentor, and develop onshore and offshore consultants and developers, removing blockers and driving accountability across the team

Manage vendor relationships and escalations, partnering with product support to resolve complex product issues

Ensure operational readiness through handover documentation, knowledge transfer, training, and a smooth transition to operations teams

Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and serve as an advisor on identity governance, compliance, and access risk
