Program Director – Data Platforms & Migration LTM Australia is looking for an experienced Program Director to take ownership of a complex enterprise data transformation program spanning data modelling, data migration, Snowflake and SAP. This is a senior, hands-on delivery leadership role within a program recovery environment. We need someone who can quickly assess the current position, help design and support the program plan, establish realistic milestones and bring greater structure, pace and accountability to delivery.

Working closely with the customer and predominantly onshore delivery teams, you’ll be responsible for aligning business and technology stakeholders, managing complex dependencies and ensuring customer priorities are translated into achievable delivery outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Lead the recovery and delivery of a complex enterprise data transformation program

Manage scope, timelines, milestones and resource requirements

Drive delivery across data modelling, data migration and enterprise data platforms

Oversee workstreams involving Snowflake, SAP and associated data environments

Establish robust program governance across risks, issues, dependencies and delivery commitments

Work closely with architects, data teams,



business stakeholders and customer leadership

Manage changing customer demands while maintaining control of scope and delivery priorities

Lead senior customer governance and provide clear visibility of program health and recovery progress

Hold workstream leaders accountable and proactively remove delivery blockers

Drive strong collaboration across predominantly onshore delivery teams

What we're looking for

Significant experience as a Program Director / Senior Program Manager leading complex enterprise programs

Strong background in data migration, data modelling and enterprise data-platform transformation

Experience delivering within Snowflake and SAP environments

Proven experience recovering, stabilising or turning around challenging programs

Strong program planning and re-baselining capability

Experience managing large, multi-workstream technology programs

Excellent senior customer and executive stakeholder management

Strong commercial, governance and delivery discipline

A confident, resilient leadership style with the ability to challenge constructively, make decisions and drive accountability

This role suits a Program Director who is comfortable stepping into complexity, getting close to the detail and creating a clear, credible path to successful delivery.
