You’ll strengthen senior client relationships, identify opportunities early, and lead major pursuits from capture planning to tender and engagement. You’ll bring 10+ years of water/infra experience, a solid Victorian network, and a commercial mindset. You’ll coordinate across technical, bid and operations teams to deliver differentiated, client-focused solutions.
