R/GA is seeking a Director Talent, APAC on a 12-month maternity cover contract to lead talent strategy across the APAC region, partnering with the CEO, APAC and the SVP Global ED, Talent on global initiatives. You will focus on leadership development, succession planning, culture-driven engagement, and data-driven workforce planning to drive performance and retention. The role involves coaching senior leaders, managing change, and delivering cross-functional talent programs across multiple
