You will support Front Office, monitor staff presentation and service standards, and work closely with departments to maximise guest satisfaction. With 1+ years in a duty manager or similar role, you’ll drive occupancy and revenue through effective rate management, uphold WHS, and coach teams to deliver Daymaker service every day.
