professionalism and compliance Work closely with the sales team to maximise opportunities and deliver a seamless customer experience Liaise with lenders to ensure efficient approvals and settlements Build your monthly income pool and earnings through effective deal management, organisation and consistent follow-up Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, lenders and the wider dealership team Who This Role Suits Automotive sales consultants looking to take the next step in their career Individuals from outside the automotive industry with experience in sales, finance, administration or customer-facing roles Someone who is organised, process-driven and confident working with customers A motivated team player who enjoys working towards goals and achieving results Someone who recognises that strong processes, organisation and effective deal management can lead to significant earning potential Automotive industry experience is desirable but not essential.
