SMAART Recruitment is partnering with a leading national organisation to recruit multiple Customer Service Officers to join their Perth Airport team./n /n /n This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive workplace offering great training, career progression and a healthy work-life balance./n /n The opportunity/n /n Love helping people and enjoy a bit of variety in your day?/n /n /n As a Customer Service Officer, you'll support business customers across a mix of inbound phone calls, emails and live web chat, giving you plenty of variety throughout your day/n /n /n You'll help customers with everything from general enquiries to resolving issues, working closely with internal teams to find solutions and deliver a great customer experience./n /n /n You'll be part of a supportive, fast-paced team where you'll build your problem-solving skills, learn new systems and work towards customer service and quality targets./n /n About you/n /nWe're looking for friendly, motivated individuals who enjoy problem-solving and delivering great customer service. Ideally, you'll bring:/n /n /n
- Experience in customer service, administration, reception or another phone-based role /n




- Contact centre experience is highly regarded /n
- Robust verbal and written communication skills /n
- Confidence using computers and learning new systems /n
- Great attention to detail and multitasking skills /n

- $67,000 + Super /n
- Permanent, full time position /n
- Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm – no weekends /n
- Perth Airport location /n
- 2–4 weeks of structured training /n
- One WFH day per week once trained and meeting performance milestones /n
