Dynatrace Observability SME Role Overview The Dynatrace SME is responsible fordriving the enterprise observability strategy and leading the implementation,governance, and optimization of Dynatrace across applications, infrastructure,and digital services. This role combines deep technical expertise withleadership responsibilities to enable proactive monitoring, AIOps, andbusiness-aligned observability outcomes. KeyResponsibilities ObservabilityLeadership & Strategy Define and own the enterpriseobservability strategy aligned to business KPIs (availability, MTTR, userexperience) Drive adoption of observabilitypractices across engineering, SRE, and operations teams Establish observability maturity roadmap Lead governance framework includingstandards, policies,
