SustainHealth Recruitment is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Unit Manager – Anaesthetics in Melbourne to lead the operating theatre and anaesthetics team. You will drive clinical leadership, workforce planning and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality perioperative care. Reporting to the Perioperative Services Manager, you will partner with Cath Lab, PACU and Day Surgery to optimise theatre performance and patient experience within a large private acute hospital.
